It's here!!

Patience is a virtue, and that virtue smiled down upon me today as the UFO appeared today! Fuck yeah!

Me and shivercanada met up to talk about the UFO and we ended up going outside once it got dark. Yada yada yada we recorded it using his night vision camera and got a pretty decent video out of it. It's not as great as some of his other videos, which is why he let me upload it to my account, but it's something.

Notice at 0:52. That's exactly how it looked to me when the clouds cleared. It's about 6-7cm across (you yanks'll have to convert that to inches) if you hold out your arm all the way out and measure it inbetween your thumb and index finger. It's just this... big... ball of faint light which lights up in the form of a flash... well, whenever it feels like it. It was definitely erratic. One pass (of the spotlights) it wouldn't light up at all, the next one it would, the next one it wouldn't. It was really toying with my emotions there for a while. Edit: Oh and shiver mentioned that it kinda looks triangular at 1:07, and the following two flashes. Might just be our brains working overtime though.

We also saw a couple of planes pass by under (I think, it's hard to tell really) it, but there's an airport nearby so they're not exactly flying at maximum altitude.

Wind was quite strong up there, yet the phenomenon kept staying in the exact same place. There was no sight of the two stationary lights that usually accompany the flash/reflection either. Still, according to shivercanada this was Very faint. He said he didn't think he'd seen it this faint before.. maybe once.

Took some photos with my high end camera, but haven't been able to figure out how to copy them onto the computer yet (lol). I don't think they turned out that good, but I'll post 'em if they did.. do.. whatever. Ree out.
